Introduction

Internal environmental analysis allows a firm to identify strengths and weaknesses. An analysis of its existing business level strategies, and functional strategies helps in identifying areas where company can improve. A company can use the results of internal environmental analysis to improve its strategies so that firm can leverage its strengths and work on weaknesses to achieve long-term goals. In this report, internal environmental analysis of Skyworks Solutions is conducted, and company's business-level and functional-level strategies are analyzed. This report also includes composite analysis, and strategic financial analysis of Skyworks.
